Dining at Dunsborough
The menu shifts with the seasons, built around what’s fresh, what’s growing locally, and what pairs best with the wines we serve.
Our organically tended garden, located on our vineyard property, supplies fresh, seasonal herbs and produce that serve as inspiration for the menu, served straight from our farm to your plate.
A bar snack menu is available from 2–4:30pm, with the full seasonal menu served from 4:30–8:30pm. Walk-ins are welcome, though bookings are recommended.
Our wine list features Wayfinder’s own organically grown wines from Wilyabrup, alongside a curated selection of like-minded producers from Australia and Europe.

“We cook with what’s growing around us, the menu is produce-driven, unfussy, and designed to let the ingredients do the talking. The goal is simple: food that pairs beautifully with good wine and good company.”

Meet Felipe - Our Chef
Bringing a global perspective to a seasonal, locally sourced menu.
Raised in Venezuela and classically trained in French cuisine, Andrés Montiel’s approach has been shaped by his journey through South America, the Middle East, and now the southwest coast of Western Australia. His cooking is intuitive and produce-driven, blending restraint with vibrant expression, always grounded in respect for the land and the growers who make it possible.
At Wayfinder, Felipe draws daily inspiration from the region and our organic market garden, crafting generous, elegant dishes designed to pair effortlessly with wine. While he leads the kitchen, he sees himself as part of a collective effort, guiding and learning alongside his team so that every dish reflects not just one vision, but a shared philosophy.
Beyond the kitchen, Felipe enjoys camping and training outdoors, often exploring the wild beauty of Margaret River’s coastline, which continues to inspire both his cooking and his connection to the community.
