Promoter:

This promotion is run by Wayfinder Wines Pty Ltd, trading as Wayfinder Dunsborough, located at 239 Naturaliste Terrace, Dunsborough WA 6281 (“Promoter”).

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

• The promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on Saturday 4 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on Sunday 19 April 2026.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @wayfinderdunsborough on Instagram; and
• Comment on the promotional post, tagging at least one (1) person they would bring to Wayfinder Dunsborough.
• Each comment constitutes one entry.
• Entrants must have a public Instagram account for the duration of the promotion.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible or deemed inappropriate will be deemed invalid.

Winner Selection & Notification

• This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The draw will take place on Monday 20 April 2026.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $400 dining voucher to Wayfinder Dunsborough.
• The voucher is valid for use at Wayfinder Dunsborough only.
• The voucher is valid for two (2) years and expires on 20 April 2028.
• The voucher covers food and beverages offered at the venue.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Additional Costs

• The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred beyond the $400 voucher value, including travel, accommodation, and any other expenses.

General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If the promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or the prize.
