We're building a front of house team for Wayfinder Winery & Farm, our off-grid winery, cellar door and restaurant in Cowaramup. The wine, the food and the building bring guests through the gate. It's the team that ensures they leave cared for, and curious about how it's all grown and made.
We're looking for people across the floor and the cellar door. We're not filling a fixed list of roles. We're looking for good people: those who care deeply about hospitality, who want to build something from the ground up, who believe in farming this way and want guests to leave feeling the same.
