Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Small Story Merchants Pty Ltd (ABN  20 983 636 208), trading as Swell Season Wines
(“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 09/02/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 19/04/2026
(“Promotion Period”). The time of entry will be deemed
to be the time the entry is received by the Promotor and entries received
outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over,
excluding employees and their immediate family of the Promoter or its related
entities. (Eligible Entrants)

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Purchase any two (2) bottles of Swell Season wine from a participating retailer in Australia;
2. Scan the QR code featured on in-store promotional material or visit the promotional landing page;
3. Upload a valid copy of their purchase receipt; and
4. Complete and submit the online
   entry form with all required details.

Each valid entry must include a clearly legible receipt showing the date of purchase, the products purchased and the retailer.

5. Entry Limits

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following conditions:

•       Each entry must be supported by a separate qualifying purchase receipt.

•       A receipt can only be used once.

6. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won.

The prize consists of a Margaret River experience for two (2) people, including:

•       Return economy flights with Jetstar for
two (2) people to and from Busselton Airport leaving from either Brisbane (via
Sydney) or Melbourne;

•       Transfers between the airport and accommodation;

•       Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Smiths Beach Resort (or similar);

•       A hosted lunch, market garden tour and cellar door tasting at Wayfinder Farm;

•       One (1) outdoor activity for two (2) people of either Stand Up Paddle Boarding or a Surfing Lesson; and

•       One (1) two-person spa treatment valued up to $500.00.

The total prize value is up to AUD $4,600, depending on date, availability and inclusions.

7. Prize Conditions

•       Travel must be taken from 14/09/2026 to 14/09/2027, subject to availability.

•       Blackout dates may apply.

•       The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

•       Any additional costs not expressly
included in the prize (including meals, spending money, insurance, or additional activities) are the responsibility of the winner.

•       The winner and their companion must travel together.

•      The Promotor accepts no responsibility for safety, conditions, cancellations or other issues in accepting the prize.

8. Draw Details

The prize draw will take place at 12PM (AWST) on 20/04/2026 at 261A Fifty One Road Cowaramup, WA, 6284.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within one (2) business days of the
draw.

By entering into this promotion the  winner consents to their  name and state of residence being published on
the Swell Season website and/or social media channels.

10. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the
right to conduct a redraw at the same place and in the same manner as the
original draw.

11. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Failure to enforce any rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promotor:

•      is not responsible for any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs beyond the
reasonable control of the Promotor which prevents compliance with these terms
and conditions;

will not be liable for any failure to perform
or delay in performing its obligations and reserves the right (subject to
applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Its
related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors
and agents will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or
personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this
promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of
these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any
other common law, equitable or statutory remedy whatsoever, including direct,
indirect and consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits
any rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purposes
of administering the promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://wayfinderwines.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

14. Compliance

This prize draw is conducted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

15. General

By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
