Promoter

Promotion period

• The promotion opens at 5 pm AWST on Wednesday 4 November 2026 and closes at 12:00pm AWST on Friday 13 November 2026.
• Entries outside this period are not accepted. The time of entry is the time the Promoter's systems record the membership sign-up.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who become new Gather Club members during the promotion period. Entrants can live anywhere in Australia, but the winner and their guest are responsible for travel, accommodation and all other costs of getting to and from the event. 
• A new member is someone who has not held an active Gather Club membership in the 12 months before the promotion opens.
• The entrant must hold an active, paid Gather Club membership from joining until the prize is claimed. A cancelled membership or a failed first payment makes the entry invalid.
• Employees of the Promoter, Overstory, and its related brands, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Immediate family means spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling.

How to enter

• Entry requires joining the Gather Club at wayfinderwines.com.au/pages/wine-club, or at the Wayfinder Cellar Door, during the promotion period.
• Membership is subject to the Gather Club terms.
• Each eligible new member receives one entry automatically. Entrants are limited to one entry, however many memberships they hold.
• The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or breaches these terms.

Draw

• This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The draw takes place at 2:00pm AWST on Friday 13 November 2026 at 381 Brockman Rd, Cowaramup WA 6284, by random selection software.
• The first valid entry drawn wins.

Notification and claim

• The winner will be notified by email, and by phone where a number was provided, by 5:00pm AWST on Friday 13 November 2026.
• To claim, the winner must reply by 12:00pm AWST on Monday 16 November 2026, confirming acceptance and their guest's full name.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim in time or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited. A redraw takes place at 2:00pm AWST on Monday 16 November 2026 at the same location.
• The redraw winner will be notified by 5:00pm AWST that day and must claim by 12:00pm AWST on Wednesday 18 November 2026.

Prize

• One winner receives two tickets to Wayfinder x St. JOHN at Wayfinder Winery & Farm, 381 Brockman Rd, Cowaramup WA 6284, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm AWST on Friday 20 November 2026.
• The prize includes canapés, sparkling wine on arrival and a six-course dinner matched with Wayfinder wines, for the winner and one guest.
• Total prize value is $796 including GST, based on a ticket price of $398 per guest at the date these terms were published.
• The prize excludes drinks outside the matched menu, gratuities and any other cost not listed above. The winner and their guest are responsible for travel, accommodation and all other costs of getting to and from the event.
• The winner must be able to attend on the event date. If the winner or guest cannot attend, the prize (or that ticket) is forfeited and not substituted.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The winner may nominate their guest.

The event

• The winner and guest must be 18 or over and show valid photo ID on request.
• The menu is set. Dietary requirements notified by 12:00pm AWST on Monday 16 November 2026 (or on claiming, for a redraw winner) will be accommodated where possible, but can't be guaranteed.
• Alcohol is served in line with responsible service requirements under the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA). Venue staff may refuse service or entry, or ask a guest to leave, if they are intoxicated, behave inappropriately or can't show ID. No compensation is payable.
• The event may be photographed and filmed, and images used by the Promoter and event partners. Guests who prefer not to be photographed can tell event staff on arrival.
• If the event is postponed, the prize applies to the new date. If it is cancelled or the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter will award a substitute prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written direction from a regulator.

General conditions

• If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may amend, suspend or end it, subject to applicable state and territory requirements.

• Winners should seek their own advice on any tax implications. The Promoter isn't responsible for tax payable.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Liability

• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the promotion or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or wilful misconduct.
• The Promoter isn't responsible for entries that are lost, late or not recorded because of technical failure or any cause outside its reasonable control.

Privacy

• The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run the promotion, manage Gather Club membership and, where consent is given, send marketing. It may share that information with related entities and service providers, including ticketing and venue partners.
• Personal information is handled under the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
