Building Wayfinder: Episode 5 — Cellar Door & Restaurant 

A kitchen and cellar door shaped by the land around them.

At Wayfinder, the vineyard, winery, farm and market garden all share one piece of land. The restaurant and cellar door sit in the middle of it. Our market garden is a couple of hundred metres from the kitchen, so the menu follows the garden.

The cellar door works the same way. We start with the person in front of us. You taste the wine where it's grown, a few steps from the soils that shaped it. Whether you know wine well or you're just starting out, we meet you where you are.
