Wayfinder Winery opened early 2026. It was designed by Kerry Hill Architects and is partly underground and fully off-grid. Fruit comes in from the vineyard at one end and finished wine goes into barrel at the other.

From 6 November, every Friday, we’re opening the doors for a small group to walk through and experience a guided tour with our Winery team.

Follow the fruit

You’ll start where the grapes arrive and follow them down through the winery, past the fermentation tanks and into the barrel hall below ground. Along the way you’ll see why the building was designed around gravity, what concrete does that steel doesn’t, and why some of our wine is aged in neither oak nor steel.

You’ll carry a glass of a current release wine the whole way, so you can taste as you go.

Finish at the Cellar Door

The tour ends at the Cellar Door with a tasting of four wines from Wayfinder and Swell Season. Once you’ve seen how they’re made, you’ll taste them differently.

Make a day of it: start with our Market Garden Tour at 10am, then stay for lunch in The Dining Room.
